Sally came to work for Central in 2015 having previously worked in customer services for a large hospital.  She started in our Hereford Office as a receptionist in the Administration Team. From here, Sally progressed to the role of Compliance Officer, having successfully completed ISO Quality Services Ltd, ISO 9001 Auditor Training, Complaint Handling and ISO 140001 Awareness Training, passing with flying colours.

Sally has a good eye for detail and builds close relationships both with both office and site staff. Meticulous, and client oriented – she helps ensure we implement effective systems and controls, escalating any issues identified.
