Ella joined Central in 2019 as an apprentice within our HR Department.  She is navigating her HR career path and is a valuable member of the team. Ella completed her CIPD Level 3 qualification in 2021 and is currently studying for her CIPD Level 5. Ella was promoted to her current role in 2020.
