Working alongside each of our branches, Rachael leads the full bid process in line with our agreed growth strategy. A qualified planner with 23 years’ experience in regeneration and social development, Rachael has comprehensive knowledge of the national and political context in which construction operates, alongside current and future challenges and opportunities. Working closely with other teams, Rachael also undertakes the planning, development and effective execution of group marketing plans and our brand strategy.
